Shifts, rosters and pay

For questions about your shifts, roster or pay, contact your agency. They manage these in CROP.

Signing in

Use the email address your agency invited. If you can't sign in, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or ask your agency to check your invitation.

Contact us

For anything else, email info@strattegee.com and include the name of your agency.

Delete your account

You can ask for your CROP account and personal information to be deleted:

• In the app: go to Profile, then Delete account.
• By email: write to info@strattegee.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my CROP account".

We confirm your request, then delete your account and personal information within 30 days. Some records may be kept for longer where your agency must keep them by law, such as timesheet and pay records. If so, we tell you what is kept and why.
